Dr. Jocelyn offers medical care as a family nurse practitioner, which includes diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of patients across the lifespan. Dr. Jocelyn is a prescribing provider, and can assist with prescription medications when indicated. Dr. Jocelyn utilizes a functional wellness approach to conditions, focusing on the root cause and utilizing functional lab testing and customized protocols to help you reach your goals.

Additionally, Dr. Jocelyn offers chiropractic care for infants to the elderly.

While our clinic can assist you with acute illness and chronic illness management, we are not a dedicated primary care provider. With our functional wellness and holistic approach, our focus is on health restoration and wellness support. We advise that you have your own primary care physician to assist you with other health needs that may arise.

At this time Impact Modern Health is not in network with major insurance companies, with Medicare credentialing currently pending.
